Terms of Sale

The deal, in plain English.

What you are buying, how you get in, what you may do with it, and why sales are final. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy — not after.

01 Who you are buying from

Slash Image Commander is sold by Hampton Network LLC (“we”, “us”) at www.slashimagecommander.com. You can reach a person at support@hamptonnetwork.com.

These terms cover your purchase and your use of the library. Buying it means you accept them.

This page is the reader-friendly copy. The same terms appear as the Slash Image Commander section of the Hampton Network Terms of Service, which is the version you agree to at checkout and which governs if the two ever differ. The company terms also cover the general matters — acceptable use, changes, and governing law — that apply to everything we sell.

02 What this product is

Slash Image Commander is a written prompt library that you read and copy from in your browser. One payment gets you:

Six commands work in both a still and a motion mode, which is why thirty commands carry thirty-seven prompt bodies.

03 What it is not

Please read this part before you buy

It is not a ChatGPT plugin, extension or built-in feature. Nothing is installed. These are prompt shortcuts you teach ChatGPT by pasting the library into a Project, a Custom GPT, or the top of a conversation. Typing /xray into a fresh chat that has never seen the library will do nothing.

The animation commands produce prompts, not video files. The ten image commands generate finished stills inside ChatGPT. The twenty-seven animation commands produce a complete motion prompt — shot, camera behaviour, physics, continuity — which you then run through a video generator such as Sora, Veo, Kling or Runway. We do not render video for you, and no video generation is included in the price.

It is not software and it is not a subscription. There is no app to install and nothing recurring to cancel.

04 What you need to use it

You need your own access to an AI assistant that can generate images — the library was written and tested against ChatGPT — and, for the animation commands, your own access to a video generator. Those accounts, their costs and their terms are between you and those providers. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Kling, Runway or any other provider, and none of them endorse this product.

Those platforms change. A prompt that produces a particular result today may produce a different one after a model update. We keep the library current as best we can, but we cannot control or guarantee any third party’s output.

05 Price and payment

The price shown on the site is the price charged. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

If you are outside the United States, Stripe may show the price converted into your local currency. The amount shown at checkout is what you agree to pay. Your bank or card issuer may add its own fees, which are outside our control.

This is a single payment for permanent access. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

06 How you get access

Access is instant and automatic. The moment your payment clears:

There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. If you pay by a method that settles slowly, your key is issued the moment it settles rather than at checkout.

07 Your access key

Your key looks like SIC-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX and is tied to your purchase. Paste it in once and your browser remembers it, so you are not asked again on that device.

Keep it private. It is the whole product. Posting it publicly, selling it, or sharing it beyond your own use breaches these terms, and we may revoke a key being shared that way without a refund.

Lost your key? Reply to your receipt or email us and we will resend it. Your key is stored against your purchase, so it is never actually gone.

08 The five-device limit

One key works on up to five devices. That is deliberately generous — a laptop, a desktop, a phone, a tablet and one spare covers normal use for one person. Note that a different browser on the same machine counts as its own device.

Activate a sixth and you will be told the key is already active on five. That is not a fault; it is the cap doing its job. Email us and we will reset your device list, no questions asked, if you have changed machines, cleared your browser, or bought a new phone.

The cap exists to stop one key being passed around a group. It is not there to make ordinary use difficult, and we will not treat you as though it is.

09 All sales are final

Instant delivery, so no refunds

Everything you are paying for is delivered in full the second your payment clears. Once the library is unlocked there is no way to un-read thirty-seven prompt bodies and no way to take them back. For that reason all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase you are asking us to give you access immediately, and you accept that once we have, you give up any right to cancel or withdraw that you would otherwise have had for a digital purchase.

This is exactly why the free preview exists. Three commands/drone_shot, /cross_section and /xray — are fully readable on the sales page before you pay, including both modes of /xray, so you can judge the quality of the writing first. Every other command shows its name, its purpose, its examples and its artwork. Please use the preview and read the FAQ before you buy.

10 If something is actually wrong

A final-sale policy covers changing your mind. It does not cover us failing to deliver what we sold you.

If your payment went through and you did not get access — no key, no email, a key that will not validate, or a library that will not load — that is ours to fix. Email support@hamptonnetwork.com and we will get you in. If we genuinely cannot, we will refund you in full. The same applies to a duplicate charge or a payment taken in error.

Please give us the chance to fix it before raising a chargeback with your bank. It is faster, and we would far rather sort it out with you directly.

11 What you may do with the prompts

Your purchase buys a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the library. Within that:

The short version: use it freely, sell what you make with it, do not sell the library. The prompt text, the command set, the artwork and this site remain our property.

12 What you create with them

Images and videos you generate are yours. We claim no ownership of your output and no share of anything you earn from it.

Bear in mind that the AI platform you generate on has its own terms about ownership and commercial use, and the law on copyright in AI-generated work varies by country and is still moving. Check the terms of whichever generator you use, and take your own advice if commercial rights matter to your project.

13 Acceptable use

Do not use these prompts to produce material that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that harasses or defames a real person, that impersonates someone in order to deceive, or that breaks the terms of the platform you are generating on. You are responsible for what you make.

Do not attempt to scrape, bypass or reverse-engineer the access system, and do not run automated tools against the site.

We may revoke access without a refund for a serious or repeated breach of this section or of section 11.

14 Updates and availability

We intend to keep the library online and available to you indefinitely, and any commands we add are included at no extra cost. We may also revise or replace prompts as AI models change — the library is meant to stay useful, not stay frozen.

That said, it is a hosted site, so we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. If we ever had to retire it, we would give buyers reasonable notice and a way to keep a copy of the library first.

Our advice either way: once you are in, copy the prompts you rely on into your own notes. Prompts are text, and keeping your own copy is sensible with any hosted product.

15 Information we hold

We keep only what is needed to sell you the product and let you back in: your email address, your Stripe customer and payment reference, your access key, and an anonymous identifier for each device the key is used on so the five-device cap can work. That identifier is a random value stored in your browser — not a name, a location, or a tracking profile.

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us. We use SendGrid to send your key. We do not sell your information to anyone. Email us if you want your details deleted — note that deleting them also removes your access.

16 No warranty

The library is provided as is. These prompts are written and tested carefully, but AI generators are probabilistic: the same prompt can produce different results on different days, on different models, and for different subjects.

We do not guarantee any specific image, video, quality level, commercial result or income. Nothing on this site is a promise of earnings. What you get out of it depends on your inputs, your platform, your subject and your judgement.

17 Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost business, lost data, or costs you run up on third-party AI platforms.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

18 Your statutory rights

Where you live may give you consumer rights that cannot be signed away. Nothing in these terms removes them, and where a term here conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection that applies to you, that protection wins.

In particular, the final-sale policy in section 9 works through your express request for immediate access and your acknowledgement, given at checkout, that you give up your right of withdrawal once access is granted — which is how instantly supplied digital content is treated in the UK, the EU and many other places.

19 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; if we do, the date at the top of this page changes. The version in force on the day you bought is the version that governs your purchase. A later change cannot take away access you have already paid for.

20 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, as set out in section 18.
